We had Pony express bring their petting zoo and unicorn rides to our daughter's birthday. They were very flexible in rescheduling when we had to cancel for rain and the kids LOVED the party. Highly recommended
This was just bliss. The animals were sweet and so were their handlers (Shaq & Nala). The kids had a great time and so did we. They came early, stayed late, and bonus - the animals ate our weeds! A dream come true and the birthday girl loved it too :)
The Pony Express and Petting Zoo event, for my special needs preschoolers, was a wonderful learning experience for them. The children were able to feed and touch the animals, and the amount of language used by the children was extraordinary. A highlight of the day was the opportunity for the children to ride the pink-maned pony! The handlers of this event were sensitive to children's needs and issues and were an added plus to the day. A great day for all, children and staff! Would love to hold this event again.

Q: How Far In Advance Should I Book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and holidays, as they tend to fill up quickly. While we don’t hold dates without a deposit, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows. To guarantee your spot, reach out today – we’d love to make your event unforgettable!
Q: What Happens If It Rains?
A: We come rain or shine! However, if you need to reschedule due to weather or any other reason, just let us know no later than the day before your event. We’ll work with you to move your booking to another available date that works for you.
If rescheduling isn’t an option, you’ll receive full credit for your deposit(s), which can be used for any of our services within one year of your original event date. The full credit must be used in one event, so you can still enjoy the magic of Pony Express Entertainment when the time is right!
